The Chipper opened in 2007 as a chip truck, and relocated into Sunset Point Park’s building in 2015. We are located along the pristine shores of Georgian Bay in Collingwood, Ontario. Our location is unparalleled, and offers visitors a spectacular view of the Blue Mountains and the iconic Collingwood Terminals, as well as some of the best sunsets around. The park also provides its guests with an extensive trail system, a shale rock beach and a large playground.

We are a family-friendly eatery, offering a variety of menu items, including fresh-cut fries, poutine, burgers, fish & chips, fish tacos and Ice Cream. Our covered patio offers protection from the elements, all while maintaining a view of the Bay’s crystal clear waters. At The Chipper, we serve only the best, and are proud to use GMO free potatoes sourced from local farmers. We were voted Georgian Triangle’s Best Fresh-Cut Fries, and we invite you to come and taste for yourself!
